Service, Cancellations and Refund Policy
The service offered is tuition sessions between a tutor and a tutee either in-person or online (the “Service”). A tutee must not request a tutor to complete coursework, essays, or other assignments for them.
A reduced fee rate may be agreed between the tutor and the tutee for bulk bookings of at least ten (10) hours. A tutee will be entitled to a refund if we determine you meet one (1) of the refund requirements below. Our refund process may take a maximum of 30 calendar days. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, after deducting any transaction and administration fees. Bookings cancelled or requested to be postponed by a tutee less than 48 hours before a session is due to commence will incur a charge of 100% of the full fee. However, if a tutee cancels a session more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time of a session then no fee is required to be paid.
Refund Requirements
• Your tutor fails to have the session with you for your scheduled time and you requested the refund within 10 days from the date of your tutor’s failing to have the session with you.
• You have paid in full in advance for a bulk number of at least ten (10) sessions and you requested the refund within 10 days from the date of the invoice for the Service.
Your Acceptance of These Terms
By using this Site, and paying for our Service you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site and do not pay for our Service. Your continued use of the Site and the Service following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
